The comment by you or your stupid ghost-writing sister about Jill Sobule shows either just how ill-qualified you are to have a record label or how you two need to get your stories straight. Only you, in your appalling ignorance, would think that your lack of appreciation for her past success means she must be insignificant (which is a different take on Sobule than past posts, I believe). Sobule has every right to be snarky - Katy Perry is just another factory-produced "artist" whose reincarnation as a pop musician comes only by borrowing from other successful artists before her. Perry's song may not be similar but she did rip off the title and her song isn't half as witty or infectious as Perry's weak anthem. Perry is a commercial hack and you are stupid hypocrite.

Why is it any of your business "how" she pays up? Why is she "3 years late"? You know nothing, as usual, but you sure do like damn people to hell. Insurance companies and attorneys handle this stuff, not the individual. Stop trying to paint her as some kind of reckless asshole. If you actually read the accident report, like you forgot to do when you were trying to ruin Shia L., you would know that it wasn't just Brandy who didn't stop in time and that this portion of the freeway is famous for these kinds of accidents because of its poor ability to transition drivers from one freeway to the next.

What is wrong with some of the people on this site???How can anyone think you are "noble" or "good"? This is not an apology and he is not a saint or a martyr. Perez Hilton is a gutless button-pushing BULLY and this is insincere and calculated damage control. Actions speak louder than words. That Perez Hilton has rushed out a lawsuit before the cops have even sorted this out and took a spiteful jab at GLAAD for justifiably calling him out on his own hypocrisy proves that he is a self-serving fame whore. I applaud anyone who can learn from their mistakes but clearly this man has not. He claims words hurt, boo hoo, but then called several women whores and adulterers on the site afterwards. He hides behind a false identity, using his blog to perpetuate a culture of hate, misogyny and superficiality (and if anyone finds misogyny and ridicule entertaining or fun, then you are no better than the man who hit Perez). He thinks his right to free speech excuses him from the repercussions of his malice. What a desperate COWARD.

Forgive and forget is one thing but to be in denial about what was at the core of this issue is ignorant. This was NOT a simple case of Perez using cruel language in the heat of the moment. Perez was NOT defending himself against an unprovoked attack and had no justifiable reason at all to use the language he did. What Perez Hilton did and is still doing is being a narcissistic, fame-whoring BULLY who doesn't like it now that the tables have been turned against him. If anyone else did half of what he did and GLAAD went after them, he would have been the first person in line to demand retribution! Perez should earn your respect only when he steps up like a man, owns what he did 100% and then backs it up with his actions, not another dumb speech that puts the blame elsewhere.
