Well I want to say it was nice of him to "set the record straight". But here is a concept....wait for the FAA investigation to be completed first before jumping to the conclusion that it was the pilots fault or anyones for that matter. Accidents happen and he is another example of a sue happy loser.... Oh and if he thinks that if the pilots insurance company loses (which I bet won't happen) where do you think they are going to get their payback.... try the estates of the pilots...

Okay I think what is really sad is that none of the legal teams seems to be consulting with aviation pros. I'm a pilot and from I know about the accident there is very little chance of winning any of the suits.... What happened was an unfortunate accident that happens... I feel bad for those who lost family in that accident but suing everyone like that only hurts more then it helps...
