Considering the autopsy, and the amount and type of drugs in his system, I can't believe the lawyers want to sling this out in Court. Bombardier and Goodyear are big companies, the can take it, Clay Lacy Aviation is a 1st Class operation, and the families of the deceased pilot - it very sad that the lawyers are going to drag this out. Where were all these people when this guy needed help, now there in for the greed. Very, very tragic all around, sad.
If he plead no contest - then there is no trial, just sentencing. However he wouldn't have plead 'no contest' unless a deal was already struck with the DA's office. Very doubtful he'll see jail time.
