Breast feeding send out hormones that actually relax the hell out of you and the baby. I breast fed both my babies. My daughter was fed till 9 months and my son was breast fed till 6 months. I was so upset when I stopped breastfeeding. First and foremost it was the best for my children and second it was so convienant.
