Well, for Africa, condoms would only help if the virus was being spread by unprotected consensual sex, but it's way bigger than that. It's from moms to babies, and through rape, and through improper burials, and improper handling of bodily fluids, etc... They need education and medicine. Condoms will play a big role once the foundations are laid. Well really, they just need a cure!

YOU ARE SO LOST!! Do you know what a Jihad is? It's a struggle between right and wrong. Much like the Christian ideal of an angel and devil sitting on either shoulder. It has nothing to do with war! But moreover, extremists are not really PART of any religion. I'm sure you'd thing that the Crusaders were not properly representing Christianity! THAT is why the UN passed that resolution! Because to always throw around "Islam and Muslim" with "attack and terrorist" misrepresents the religion! These terrorists are extremists and not following Islam, as the Zionists are extremists and not following Judaism, and arguably, Fundamentalist Mormons are extremists and not following Christianity.When the Texas FLDS Compound was infiltrated, did the media refer to them as merely "Christians?" No! Because they weren't representative of the Christian religion. Most other Christians don't practice polygamy, or kill babies, or marry off little girls. Similarly, most other Muslims don't terrorize communities!Jesus, people. TRAVEL a little.

No my dear, I've been to the Middle East on MULTIPLE occasions. As well as every other continent on the planet, and although SOME Middle Eastern governments oppress their people, it's not religious, it's economic. Look at Africa: THE POORER THE COUNTRY, THE MORE SOCIAL OPPRESSION. But whoever said anything about oppression by the West? The speculation of looking for American/British passports hasn't even been confirmed! do you believe everything you hear? Most of the people killed were INDIAN. The Muslims in India are VERY oppressed by the Indian government-- as are any Hindu inhabitants of Pakistan! Look up the history. There were 2 wars fought over it! No one is saying it's right, but it's certainly not surprising! There have been SO many attacks in India by Muslim extremists, and equally as many by Hindu extremists! Although, your faithful CNN doesn't tell you much about those... You're naivete is unbelievable. The only thing worse than ignorance, is ignorance with volume!

you are so lost. Where did you learn that- Church? Mohammad was not a war lord, and Jesus was not a man who did no wrong. You don't even know ANYTHING about Jesus's life until he was 30. At which time you only have information about him by his followers (the Bible also says Eve came from Adam's rib 6k years ago. So don't mistake the poetry for fact). These people who are joining militant acts are not representing Islam. The Bible also says that there is a "time for war..." You are misinformed. When groups are oppressed, they eventually grow irate. Just like with blacks in the US almost 50 years ago. The black panthers rose to FIGHT. it was the presence of MLK that quelled them.
