As an older gay man, 31, I have faced discrimination my whole life. I have been fortunate enough to find a career that demands more respect than my sexual and heartfilled preference. Maybe if we as Gay men and women showed a little more decorum others wouldn't think of us as flaming. There is nothing wrong with being who we are, but when some "breeders" think of us they think of the party boy in tight white clothing, neon hair and sucking on a lollipop. This Pride lets wear shirts that support us as people, let them know we are proud and not all wear suck the c@#k t-shirts. I own many and will continue to wear them, but this pride I want to show them I'm more than a Flaming Fag.
