I think she's just so 'early 90's NYC wannabe-a-rising-star', with her trashy thrift store look- garrish colors and styles too hideous the first time around to ever become vintage. Not even an interesting Boho style. There were dozens just like her- not quite attractive or talented enough to emerge beyond the gay club scene.
