Ehm, Johnathan Price was NOT the lead...he was a supporting character. But he really is the only recognized actor amongst the original cast. Lea Salonga (the female lead) has made quite a name for herself in the musical theatre world and could probably still pull this off...but knowing Hollywood it'll probably be some Disney channel "pop star"...

I'm sorry, she was awful. She has a good voice but I cannot stand when people feel they need to make the national anthem their "own" by adding so many notes to "pop" it up. Sing the f'ing song the way it was written. All the extra ornamentation just made you sound stupid.
