Vitilgio is like a skin disorder in which he broke out in light spots throught his body. Another Jackson family member had the same disorder. MJ could either where a ton of make up or lighten his entire body to match the spots. MJ wasnt of white race or black race he was of human race. He was selfless, caring, loving, shy, emotionally and physically distraught.
