Legalize it. As a San Francisco resident, I agree with 21+ and continued regulations and punishments for those growing massive amounts as industry. Also, if we're going to legalize it, TAX IT. We tax alcohol, cigarettes, and artery-clogging indulgences, so why not let the budget-strapped California benefit? Pot smokers should be happy about legalization and the freedom associated with it, and paying a small tax to help the state that pioneered this legalization should be welcomed.
