It's Balmain - seriously though Perez, I thought you had better taste or at least had an idea about fashion....
Personally, I'm not a fan but Balmain is very notable and Jennifer Connelly has worn a similiar dress in green (maybe last year)....anyhoo, I suggest going to redcarpet-fashionawards.com - it's a great site and I think you'd really enjoy it!!
