first off- Promises IS a real rehab "SPINDOC". I went there and it has changed my life.I am not a celebrity.Celebrities do NOT get special treatment--everyone that is in there is there because their lives have become unmanageable and they are virtually dying from their disease.If Tara is willing -it will save her ass. I'd rather see her trying than see her die like Heath Ledger.
