I really hate to defend porn, BUT. It may surprise you that porn actors are actually not very likely to get STDs and such from the sex they actually have for WORK - all actors in porn have to be tested monthly and/or 2 weeks prior to filming, whichever is more often. The majority of porn stars that have come down with STDs were slutty in their private lives and caught diseases because of recreational unprotected sex. Therefore, people in the porn industry are no more likely to have STDs than the average person.
If anything, they are more likely to be aware that they have something and take precautions to prevent themselves from passing it on - which can't be said for the general public.
I think Jenna has done a lot for herself and should be proud of her accomplishments, and she shouldn't have to deal with people calling her terrible names or assuming she's diseased. She deserves to enjoy being a mom, like anyone else.
