I'm sorry, but that face is Charles. His maternal uncle has red hair so it isn't like it's not in the genes. Aside from that, even his father commented when he was born that they had an heir and a spare. I think those were even his exact words hence the title. It was rumored that James was his "real" father but that face is most definitely Charles.
