Yes, she is obnoxious but shame on you for pointing out her arm fat. You make comments about celebs being too skinny all the time...most women over the age of 25 have weight in their arms. She eats and is healthy - that is a positive thing. If you're going to chastise lindsey and nicole for being too thin then don't point the fat finger at women who are normal.
