Not all scrawny people are anorexic or have an eating disorder. It's incredibly ignorant to believe that. I'm a very small girl myself, 5'5" and about 100lbs. I eat. A lot. People do have very fast metabolisms, and KN is probably one of those. She's always been very skinny, it's probably hardwired in her genes. If all skinny people are anorexic, then all fat people are pigs who gorge themselves.
