Robbie wasn't driving the car, why should he get sued? This is what is wrong with Americans, they are all sue happy! Well this was in England, and there they are not as tolerant of frivolous lawsuits. I think the driver should face some kind of punishment, and pay for all the poor kids bills, but Robbie didn't cause this. If anything the photag should stay out of the way!!

ok are you an idiot? think about this, the most a school teacher will ever make 35k-37k a year, and thats with a college degree! on 18% of households in America make 50k-75k a year, and I am sure most of them have a 4-year degree. sounds to me like she had a good gig going, and screwed up! 50k a year to clean a house...please.
