If we took EVERY song that these pop stars come out with as a cry for help, nearly EVERY single ONE of them could be Baker acted. A cry for HELP isn't writing a song about it. If he wanted help, he could have paid a real Dr for help, instead of spending the millions that he did on drugs. If he sang ot wrote these lyrics, then he obviously wasn't too embarrassed about it to seek professional help. It's sad when anyone loses their life, but the cold hard truth is, HE did this to himself. One might say it was a slow suicide, but he had to know the effects these drugs have on your body. Especially with the rapid pace that his body was deterriorating, everyone on the outside (who didn't even pay close attention) could clearly see that this man was ill, and has been on the verge of death for several years.
