I want to say thank you to Rihanna for going public with her story. As a former victim of domestic abuse at a young age, like her, I had to find the strength to break it off for good. Rihanna is incredibly brave, and I hope that all the young women who are in abusive relationships hear her message. It's never ok for a man to lay a hand on his woman, EVER.

I hate it when celebrities take a stand against an issue they really don't know about. The Canadian seal hunt is completely sustainable as it has been done for hundreds and hundreds of years. Baby seals are not killed, and it is the only means of survival for those involved in the seal hunt. It's not 'barbaric', it part of the cycle of life.
