on A Worthwhile Cause at 11:06 12/31/2008

I have donated to this orphanage and I know someone who spends A TON of time over there... he fixed the heater and everything and spent a lot of time with the kids... they can't afford the books for school and they don't have many personal possessions at all, though we're all trying to fix that. just so they each have a few items to call their own. I donate to a ton of charities here in the US, but this one is also fantastic and the people who are doing the most work for these kids are wonderful people who really do care about their situation. we're so lucky here and a lot of us forget about that.
