lol, they don't call it vantserdam for a reason.... posession of marijuana in vancouver is legal, just under a certain amount. and if you're caught smoking a fatty, you'll just be asked (politely) to put it out. oh, and 420 (april 20th) is a bit holiday in vancouver.
