Um, someone needs to get their shit together? is that person YOU? Cause if you had your shit together you would know that the actress who originated the role is NOT Lee Meriwether but Julie Newmar. And out of all those ladies who played catwoman I'd say Julie Newmar and Michelle Pfeiffer were the most popular in the role; with Pfeiffer being the BEST. She took the character to a whole new level. Eartha had the voice. And Lee Meriwether was boring and bland as hell; just horrible. Have you fucking seen her? B-L-A-N-D. And i won't get into Halle Berry. As beautiful and popular as she is, she was horrible in the role.

I'm glad i'm not an ignorant fool like njpaul. I was saddened by her passing. She would be considered before my time (though she has had a great career spanning 4 decades) since i was born in 1984, but I saw her perform with Paul Simon on his Graceland concert dvd, and i was blown away. May her beautiful spirit forever rest in peace.

What's the big deal. Of course America would have done the same thing. Their entire entertainment industry thrives on deception. Ashlee Simpson/ Britney Spears? And the opening ceremonies were thrilling, America would never be able to pull off something that amazing and grand. PLUS the girl in the ceremonies is MUCH prettier and cuter. The real singer is cute too, but no way as cute as the "faker". Don't give me that crap that all kids are cute. I SEE UGLY KIDS EVERYDAY.
